Refunds and Returns Policy

At Trophy Accounting & Tax Services, we provide professional services related to U.S. business setup, financial system configuration, accounting support, and compliance guidance. Due to the nature of our services, refunds and returns are subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Service-Based Business (No Physical Products)

Trophy Accounting & Tax Services does not sell physical goods. All services are digital, administrative, or advisory in nature and are delivered electronically or through consultations.

As a result, traditional “returns” do not apply.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service has not yet started, and
  • No documents, filings, submissions, or third-party coordination have begun

Once work has started, services are non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services that have already started or been completed
  • Business formation filings, EIN or ITIN applications once submitted
  • Financial system setup (QuickBooks, Payoneer, Stripe) after configuration begins
  • Compliance or tax-related guidance once work has commenced
  • Consultation fees (including free or paid consultations)
  • Third-party fees (government fees, platform fees, registered agent fees)

4. Third-Party Fees

Some services involve third parties such as:

  • Government agencies (e.g., IRS)
  • Registered agents
  • Payment processors (Stripe, Payoneer)
  • Accounting platforms (QuickBooks)

All third-party fees are non-refundable, even if a service is canceled.


5. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government processing times
  • IRS reviews or decisions
  • Third-party platform verification or compliance checks
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

Such delays do not know constitute grounds for a refund.


6. Service Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation before work begins by contacting us in writing. Approval of any refund is at our sole discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and restriction of future engagement.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
